Service Description

Meet with our tutor to discuss a learning plan for your child. For this meeting, please bring all documents related to your child's progress including IEP, recent evaluations, information regarding medical or learning conditions, etc. There is no refund for this booking. Both parents are welcome to attend. We ask the student not attend this particular meeting.

Cancellation Policy

We only accept cancellations in event of emergency or illness. Sessions must be cancelled within 24 hours. Cancelled sessions within this time frame are counted towards future session(s). Refunds are not issued to the nature of services being offered. Please contact us through email for more information regarding cancellations and our future credit only policy.
