You may submit payment at any time prior to March 20th.
*All new parents are required to attend a 2024-2025 Open House. The $125 payment is per family, not per child. Registration fees are non-refundable once submitted. If you pay and are unable to attend an open house, your payment will not be refunded.
If you are unable to attend on dates listed on our website, you can book a mentoring session to have a personalized tour. Please note there are very limited time windows for this service and there is an additional fee. Mentoring session would need to be booked by March 20, 2024.
Registration paperwork is typically given out at open house and returned via email to firstname.lastname@example.org or through the mail to the address listed on your forms given out at the open house. All paperwork, including cancelled check for auto payments is due at the time of registration and prior to March 20, 2024.
Students and families will need to complete the admissions process prior to acceptance. This includes attending a parent's only open house, an informal parent and child interview on another date, and paying all fees associated with the program by the due dates listed.
We will notify you via email of acceptance status by April 25th.

If you are accepted into our program, curriculum fees will be due May 1st through automatic bank payments. We will require autopayments on tuition beginning August 1, 2024. Tuition is divided into 10 monthly payments, regardless of start/end date, school breaks, illness of instructor, and/or student absences. Payments more than 5 days late will require a break in attendance until the accounts are caught up. If you anticipate an issue with tuition, please notify us prior to the due date. By submitting registration payment, you agree to the terms listed here.
